Overview

Watch the endangered white rhino in Ziwa Rhino
Sanctuary and arrive in the afternoon at the lodge.
Have a cool drink, watch river Nile flowing by on her long journey to the Mediterranean see and listen to the sounds of the African night.
Have a boat trip to the mighty Murchison Falls and watch numerous mammals, lots of birds and very large Nile crocodiles. Don’t forget to scan the rocks near the falls for rock pratincoles.
Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Uganda’s largest savannah park and see lots of Ugandan kobs, bush elephants and the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe. Maybe you will have a glance of the elusive shoebill stork, a mixture of a stork and a pelican, when visiting the large papyrus swamps near the Nile delta.

Itinerary

Early morning after breakfast you will pick you from any place of your choice in Kampala or Entebbe and leave for Murchison Falls NP. Via Masindi we drive for 90 kms through the park before we reach Paraa in the late afternoon. We will stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for tracking the Rhinos and also have Lunch here before continuing via Karuma Bridge to reach later in the afternoon at the lodge. Here we will stay and with a cool drink and a fabulous view over the river Nile the evening will come with all the noise of an African night.

Murchison Falls National Park
This day we have the impressive launch trip on the Nile to the Falls. Hippos, crocodiles, buffalo, elephants and many birds will be seen!! For the game drive we have to cross the Nile, special are here the lions, leopards,Cape buffaloes, antelopes and giraffes.

Day 3 :
To Entebbe

After breakfast, the last part of the journey will bring us back to Kampala. We will bring you back to your hotel or guesthouse in Entebbe or Kampala for overnight.
